Here’s a grounding truth to hold onto this week: Your calm voice. Those are gifts your children carry far beyond this week. If plans aren’t ideal… You are still allowed to choose ease. 🌼 A Short Mindfulness ResetRead slowly — once is enough. “I release the pressure to make this perfect.
